Without the tireless work of Orientation Leaders, O-Week simply wouldn't be possible. Shinerama is starting their campaign to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis Canada! Shinerama is Canada’s largest post-secondary fundraiser in support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. Over 35,000 student volunteers from about 40 Canadian universities and colleges across the country come together every year to make a difference in the lives of those battling cystic fibrosis. We're currently hiring a student to lead this year's DSU campaign!
Dal After Dark gives Dal students fun and free/low cost on-campus activities on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. A great opportunity to socialize, make new friends, be active and get involved in student life at Dal, you are welcome to stop by any of their events for a few minutes or a few hours!
The International Centre hosts various events and workshops throughout for which they depend on volunteers. There are also ongoing volunteer opportunities such as an ESL Conversation Group and Canada Revenue Agency Tax Clinics.
The Dalhousie Student Union Food Bank is always looking for volunteers.
