The Constitution sets out high-level rules for DAGS regarding: (I) Name and Purpose of the Association, (II) Membership, (III) Board of Directors, (IV) Council, (V) Financial, (VI) Elections, (VII) Impeachment and Removal from Office, (VIII) Constitutional Amendments, and (IX) Document Supremacy.
